They’ve got some nice choices, for sure, but I’m absolutely convinced the selection could be way better. It’s not bad, but I kept wishing there was more variety the whole time.

I thought the chocolate tasted fresh and had a nice flavor overall. Reading between the lines, it’s not trying to be super fancy or anything, but for what I paid, it felt like a fair deal and I was happy with it.

I had to reach out about my order and they did get back to me, but it wasn’t exactly quick, and I ended up waiting a couple days before I really got a clear answer, so while they were polite and nothing about the experience was rude or terrible, I just kept wishing they’d send updates a little faster instead of leaving me wondering what was going on. Overall it was okay, not bad, just not great either.

I ordered these chocolates for a birthday, but they was delivered 4 days late. The tracking barely updated the whole time, and when I reached out to support, they just told me to wait. The chocolate itself were fine, but I wouldn’t count on the shipping if you need it by a certain date.

The chocolate showed up fine, so there’s that. Most of it was decent, but a few pieces definitely didn’t taste as fresh as I was expecting. Not awful or anything, and yes, it was still edible, but I wouldn’t exactly call it a standout experience.

Maybe I’m just being picky because I like tweaking things a lot, but the personalization options felt a bit limited to me. It works fine overall, I just found myself wishing there were more choices to make it feel more like my own.

I sent this chocolate box to my aunt for her birthday, and she called me almost right away to tell me how it looked. i kind of regretted not being there to see her open it because she sounded so happy.
She said the chocolates tasted really fresh, and the caramel ones were her favorite. Delivery showed up exactly on the day I picked, which was a relief. My only regret is not ordering a bigger box, but I’d definitely use them again.

I really thought I was going to enjoy this, like the pieces looked nice when I opened it and I was kind of excited, but then I actually tasted the chocolate and it just wasn’t good. It had that waxy texture that cheap chocolate sometimes has, and the flavor was sort of stale, like it had been sitting somewhere for way too long.

For what it cost, I expected a lot better. I kept thinking maybe the next piece would be better, but no, it was pretty much the same. It looked pretty, sure, but the taste was just not there for me, and I don’t see myself ordering from Simply Chocolate again

I was really happy to see that it arrived safe with no damage at all. It was packed really well, and everything looked great when I opened it.

I ordered this for a friend’s birthday and was happy with how it arrived. The box was sturdy and the chocolates were packed neatly, no mess or melted pieces. My friend said it already felt like a nice gift before she even opened it. Nothing super fancy, but it looked good and I’d send it again.
